Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published elsewhere and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere while being evaluated by the Parion Academic Review Journal. Additionally, authors should not submit multiple papers to different journals that contain substantially the same research.
Papers presented at conferences and for which abstracts have been published may be considered for publication, provided that the date and location of the presentation and publication are indicated. Manuscripts derived from theses must be indicated in a footnote on the first page of the paper.
Author names and institutional affiliations must not appear on the manuscript during the submission process.
By submitting a manuscript for review, authors are assumed to have agreed to the conditions outlined above.
Authors who wish to withdraw their submissions due to delays or other reasons must contact the editor.
Authors will not receive any royalties for the publication of their work. The copyright of published works belongs to the Parion Academic Review Journal.
Reviewers Reviewers must treat information related to submitted manuscripts as confidential and keep it private.
When evaluating submitted manuscripts, reviewers and editors should limit themselves to the intellectual and scientific content.
Reviewers are obligated to immediately report any misconduct by authors (e.g., plagiarism, other unethical activities) to the managing editor.
The review process for assigned manuscripts is typically between 4 and 6 weeks. Based on the reviewers' reports, the manuscript may be accepted for publication, accepted with revisions, or rejected. If one reviewer provides a positive evaluation and another a negative one, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer by the editorial board.
Manuscripts deemed suitable in terms of form and content are submitted to the editorial board for peer review.
Editorial Board The editorial board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the submission guidelines or that violate legal requirements such as defamation, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.
Based on the reports of the editorial board and reviewers, the editor may accept, reject, or request revisions to the manuscript. Rejected manuscripts cannot be used for other purposes without the written consent of the author.
Editors are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts until publication, except in cases of suspected submission to other journals.
Only selected manuscripts are sent for peer review and are assigned to at least two reviewers after an initial screening by the editorial board.
Editors are responsible for ensuring that all manuscripts are evaluated fairly and impartially; therefore, the decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based solely on the significance, originality, and clarity of the manuscript, and its relevance to the journal's scope.
Editors must not discriminate against any author based on race, religion, gender, age, ethnic origin, political beliefs, sexual orientation, nationality, or any other grounds.
